2013

On November 19th, 10 students from University of  Nicosia received
scholarships for the 2013-2014 school year. The picture shows the happy
students and on the bottom row representatives  from the University and
Ancoria.

Chalmers University organized a pleasant afternoon the 18th of September
for donors and scholarship recipients. In the picture you can see last years
recipient Irin, together with this years students that just started their two year
master  degree studies. From the left,

June 20th Sievert presented scholarships in memory of Emorn. 20 happy
students at Suan Dusit University studying Culinary Arts received scholarships.

In the beginning of the year David Williams together with staff from the
Toonpanya Scholarship Foundation and his friend Ben Cooper, did a
monumental job of interviewing more than 200 candidates for SLSF
scholarships. The candidates were all  proposed by our partner
organizations. David et. con. selected 181 students which will all be
receiving scholarships this school year. We thank them very much for
their effort.

Through the Swedish organization Diakonia we also got in touch with MAP and TLDF. We thank Mr. Bandit from Diakonia for his guiding. The first picture if from MAP, second from left Ms. Jackie Pollack, the founder and then Mr. Bandit.
